What code do you get and how do you know it’s a short from + to -? Could it be an open circuit? Could it be a short to earth? Could it be a short to a high voltage circuit? 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

The codes are for circuit and connectors, as you've already changed harness, maybe check the connectors for bend or broken pins/damage both ends.

As I say, I have looked for damaged wires. Nothing, it can't be pins as I have changed BOTH harnesses. I just can't figure out why the front sensors blow. (shorted between the +/-)

I wouldn't use a megger on a car, asking for big troubles, are u using 500 or 1000 volt? |

500v but only on the 12v supply to sensors. All of which were disconnected. module removed also.

He’s in the UK so will need an image of connector 2245R. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

Not a electrician but doesn't make sense to me, connector C2245R shown as 14 pin connector, wiring diagram shows blue wire pin no.19. C2245L shows 24 pin connector, unless I'm reading it all wrong which is quite possible.

If it were me and I had a GAP IID, I would disable the fronts, by editing the CCF to say rears sensors fitted only.
