For the sake of terminology, I've been upgraded to 18d which is described as Phase 4 on my paperwork (mines a 2017 RRS AB). |

I was due to have my 18D with ‘broken’ Bluetooth taken in and looked at today but by the service centre have been told LR has issued notice that they are ceasing all fixes and deployments on this version and are instead working on phase 5 as the fix and should be available 2 weeks. From the chap I spoke to I’ve got off lightly with just voice Bluetooth not working. |

You are correct Wilf. My Jag was due in for 19A upgrade today, but contacted yesterday by dealer and told it has been postponed until further notice. Off the record, Dealer thought it would be sometime in April.

Tried my newly installed ACP and I'm a bit meh. Great that my Tidal subscription can be used properly in the car but not sure that's worth £200 alone. As for the rest, early days but can't see me sousing it much. Tried Waze but got irritated straight away by the Doris telling me there was a speed camera up ahead, how do you turn the voice off? Also, how do exit an app in PlayCar? On one's phone you swipe to exit but can't see how to do that in the car. |

There should be a land rover icon on the main carplay screen. touch that and it takes you back to the default media home screen, does on mine anyway. |

Hey mate, I picked up my ex demo SVR last week and seeing Matt from lookers Park Royal this week. I wanted to check something with you. Over the last week or so I have only done 30min drives, mainly in traffic averaging at 15mph, always in eco and only getting 11mpg. Surely that cant be right? What do you think and what do you get? I downloaded my journeys from the remote app and a little concerned. I was hoping for 20mpg. Appreciate your thoughts and thanks in advance! |

Was hoping the Cheltenham dealership had improved since it changed from Stratstone to Heritage, but no. Mine went in for 2 days specifically for the ICTP update after waiting 6 weeks for a slot where a courtesy car was available for 2 days as update can take all day. They did my service but forgot to write down on the job card the ICTP update, so gave me the car back and immediately it was obvious it hadn't been done so it's gotta go in next week again now. Having had an evoque with the new system on as a courtesy car with ACP on you realise how poor the original touch pro interface was. The fact that it's not updated or even offered to the customer as an update is very poor in my opinion as with stuff like incontrol apps, lack of voice functionality etc was never fit for purpose. |

Had my 17 plate RRS infotainment upgraded on Friday to 19A which resolved all of my issues around phone and Bluetooth and have Apple CarPlay working now, dealer did mention CarPlay is usually a £200 extra. |

Not trying to be funny but if you are looking for good fuel economy an SVR won't be! Around town and with the need to hear that exhaust track (MY18 onwards) then you will be lucky to see more than 17/18mpg. ON a longer run you will see the 20s but now around town. |
