I'm sure your car is fine, they're just not done with it and are behind schedule. So they made up a lame excuse.

My SVR has been delayed 2 weeks and I just found that out last week. Seems like SVO is just so over capacity with existing models plus cranking out some SVCoupes and F-Pace SVR's.

I would be really annoyed and frustrated if I were you, considering your previous experience and this one. But I would give them a chance at this point. 2018 Range Rover Sport SVR – Bosphorus Grey

Poor SVO being too busy, how long has Nige been waiting ? I think JLR need to get their fingers out their arse and start realising that “the paying customer is king” and start treating them like it. We customers lead busy lives that’s how we afford to buy these cars, if they want to sell premium products then they need to give a premium service

Not a B thing.... Had a call from Exec Office last night to give me some BS about waiting for info and confirmation that the car has been signed off. My comment was quite simple. "If my car is at HO Centre and looking all shiny, why is it being held up at the 11th hour" ?

These were sent to me Tuesday from HO Centre

Just thought i would give you a heads up.

The reason they say my car has been pulled back to SVO is because they found some problems with the rear inner door seals.

How this escaped final QCI will never know...

So I am sure you will check everything, and if you want you can always mention that mine was pulled and what for. The guys there are really nice people.

It's called Borealis Black and generally looks a dark greyish black but when the lights or sun get on it, it totally changes its colour.

I did wonder if yours was keeping mine company

Just caught up and sorry to hear Nige but given they have sent you some pics of the car, i assume the reasons they gave you are genuine (you would hope after all the hassle you have gone through!!) Also its great to see the colour on the new model that i will be getting come June/July and looks very nice Except I've gone black interior plus the red aluminium paddles to give a slight contrast with the red break pads/red logo around car…
