If it’s the same as the tdv8 then the different part no’s only dictates what angle the wiring connector points on top of the injector but there is usually enough slack in the wiring either way but it just isn’t as neat and you have to be careful of chafing Clickadeeclick |

Hey Sharpy, thanks for the speedy response pal. Yea makes sense to be honest, as there are both on there already. Is there anyway of finding out (without going through RR) to find out which one is the correct variant? |

Your engine will have both it just depends on which injector you change will depend on which one you need but as I said the wiring should reach,

Fully trained no but semi skilled yes, it really depends on what your comfortable with cleanliness is fairly important but apart from that you can’t really make anything worse, if you are methodical and know your way around a tool kit and are patient and can follow a manual then there is no reason not to give it a go, you will need a torque wrench that goes down low and it’s important to torque them down correctly, also make sure the old copper washers have come out on the old injectors and you replace those
