United States 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Santorini Black

Amazing color. Has a lot of range between shade and sunshine. Here are some pics of a FF in the sun. You can see the course flakes and how much lighter it gets. It just says "SVO Black" in one of the pics but someone on another forum called to verify that it was Borealis.

I like it a lot! Congratulations and great choice. 2018 Range Rover Sport SVR – Bosphorus Grey

You will not be disappointed at all. It is the most amazing colour. In normal daylight it is deep black, but as soon as the sun pops out, it becomes another vehicle altogether !!!

It just lights up and 'Twinkles'

Thats why I went for it again. I was due to collect it yesterday. But it is being held up at the factory due to QC failure. Just hope its not an ongoing problem, as I would hate to lose it again 🤞

has anyone had any other news on their orders. What pees me of is that they have had my money all this time...

Still I suppose I will forget all that has happened once the Growling starts he he he

Happy New Year to one and all

Hi Paul
I can't wait, seems so long since I heard that sounds (Getting withdrawal symptoms now).
It was supposed to be ready for collection on the 26th but we all know JLR times and promises.
My guess is it is probably still in the big Car Park up at Solihull waiting for the software to be sorted. It does amaze me how such a big firm with all the R&D backing they have cannot get a software design issue sorted out before 'Roll Out'

Whilst I am looking forward to getting my hands on it. There is always that nagging feeling in the back of my mind if it is going to be OK or will there be more issues. I have arranged with my detailer for him to come with me to collect it and examine it before leaving.

Off course, I will put up the usual pictures and maybe a sound clip if I can work it out. Have to get the office junior to sort that, since she seems to spend more time on her media and u-tube that completing her work Rolling with laughter

Anyway guys will keep you posted. Knowing my luck, it will be ready whilst I am away and my business partner is dying to get her hands on it Rolling with laughter

Talk soon

Hi Nod,

Mine was due to start build on Sunday which my dealer confirmed.

So 2 weeks build, 2 weeks at SVO (no special paint or black wheels) and 1 to 2 weeks to get to my London dealer and PDI / prep (according to dealer).

Cheers

Hi Jas

You will have a grin on your face from ear to ear when you get it. Maybe not as refined as an AB but it is like the difference between a thoroughbred and a wild Stallion Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

I just hope I am not being spun a yarn again ?

Cheers

I test drove an SVR during a morning a few months after I took delivery of my 5.0L Autobiography and I don’t think the difference in refinement was too different. Or was I just mesmerised by the soundtrack? Cool

Question, looking at the standard SVR MY18 features, it comes with Aluminium gearshift paddles but in the interior assessors there is a : Gearshift Paddles - Aluminium & Gearshift Paddles - Aluminium Red each £393

whats the difference in quality , are they larger? MY18 Range Rover Sport SVR (18' - current)
