Very strange as the difference between body coloured and contrast roof used to be 1 extra hour in the paint shop. 

The SVR contrast roof is meant to be hand sprayed by SVO but they are clearly still having issues, they pull a standard rrs off the line after it has been body sprayed then move it to SVO for masking and spraying also going through additional quality control, so are not bothering with the roof to get round problems.
The more I read about JLR the more I am questioning why I have ordered an SVR

Pretty sure I got the contrast roof without meaning too.

I ordered a black car , why i d want a contrast roof is beyond me.

Will be having words with the dealer tomorrow.

Actually I m having second and third thoughts about my order anyway, the brands reputation is in the toilet and the quality is really lacking. My current Svr is only a few months old and hasn’t skipped a beat , so I want to push my luck?! maybe I ll just add something sportier (Amg gts / gtr/ Porsche ) and keep hold of my current one. 2019 Svr and 2019 R35 GTR

James its my understanding that with the Santorini Black cars the contrast roof is Fuji White, should look really nice.

Funny you should say that I drove past a silver and blue vogue earlier . Couldn’t decide if it just looked really bad or completely horrendous!

Will check my order form in a mo- just checked - no contrast roof for me , my projected date is March anyway.

Your ll be wanting a ghost when your car comes - do your research on it and I ll send you the fitters number if it’s Route you want to go!
