Wheels for the SVR are horrendous . Will have to explore other options when mine comes , I going to do my cods on carbon though.

Just had a look myself, some nice changes indeed, really liking the new rear end, Nice to see body coloured side sills are now standard on the Dynamic. wheels dont seem the best unless you have an extra couple of grand. new front end looks great, gives it a more sporty look. you where correct RRSman about the price increase even all the options have increased in price. i really do like it but only in Dynamic plus models. Thank god the changes are not enough to make me regret buying a MY17. but the healthy £8,500 discount i got is helping in this matter. but the face lift is something i may well go for in a couple of years. Shame about the wheels, and losing the blue calipers. I don't like the new seat design. Nor the exhausts. Bonnet is nice, but not the CF. I like the new front bumper. |

Phil, exactly the same comments from me regarding the SVR. Very disappointed with the new wheels.

The only reason I like the bonnet is that it reminds me of this:

The bonnet for me is a plus as from the looks of it they are actually functioning vents, better than the tacky false ones that were standard on the sport and svr. Either way mine is ordered and spcec'd just waiting for the delivery date now, had my deposit on this since april Current

Oh well - just had a good play around and everything I said did happen bar the renaming of the cars which I guess will happen at a later date (R Dynamic rather than Autobiography etc

Just watched the In control duo video and the screen does not tilt like the Velar - that is going to be a disaster as with a pan roof the sun glare is immense so getting a tilt is pretty much a must - big design error IMHO if this is the case!! |
