Have you tried deleting it from the RRS and deleting the RRS link from the phone and then starting again? Robin

Well I know how to delete it off phone but maybe you can explain what you mean just so I have the full picture. |

Hmm - I think I might have been a little optimistic thinking you can easily delete it from the RRS. However what I'd do is:

Thanks for the detail. When I got up this morning I went out to the the car. Just got in and seen your next message. What I did was forget Bluetooth device switched if etc but still nothing. I changed the name of my iPhone and the rrs console still says device error with the old name.

Yes, my procedure is for resetting the RRS system on your phone and I agree with you that it isn't obvious how you can remove phones from the RRS system. It does say you can have up to 8 phones but doesn't say what happens if you try to connect a 9th. Logic says if you tried to connect a 9th then the first one connected would be lost but that doesn't seem to be the case for you.

I found that the issue cleared when I reloaded the apple tunes app which I had deleted a couple of days before. Don't understand why it needed apple tunes on the phone as I don't use it I always use Spotify but it now works |
