Thanks for those words Steve, but I think the problem is I have to much time on my hands these days and can play about with things and delve into bits and pieces.
Hi, Yes it does but it is negligible, but saying that even the leather part only gets warm not what could be described as hot might be because the wheel is quite chunky or slightly faulty not sure, can't even remember how hot original wheel got. Don't really need it down here middle of winter and has been 18 degrees last couple of days. ![]() |

The IIDtool *should* enable the heated steering wheel as I have seen the option while perusing the app. As for the airbag, I would guess that simply connecting it back up will enable it after a hard reset. |

No, I had to change the clock-spring, you will be very lucky if you already have the heated steering wheel clock-spring fitted. But even with changing the clock-spring, I still did not need a IID tool. Just plug n play for me |
