Thanks is that mounted in place of the spare wheel asi only managed to get about 35 liters in mine with about a quater of a tank left in it |

ok so i must have a problem as i only managed about 150 miles and only managed to get 35-36 litres in the tank when the gauge said it only had a quarter in it |

Perhaps it's because the tank is not fitted horizontally but at an angle and the floating thingy inside the tank doesn't compensate for this. Regards etc.,

ok so perhaps i will see how long the gas lasts and go beyond when the red light comes on as the system has had a new sender according to service history |

don't go off the LPG Gauge they are not good , use your mileage trip . 75lltr I get 248 miles 2007 SUPERCHARGED HST |

well it is full now with 45 liters of gas so i shall see how far i get i did speak to a lpg guy yesterday and he said he could see a problem straight away as the tank is sat at the same angle as the spare would have been which is about 25/30 degrees anyone no if he is telling the truth |

Thanks but took advice of local installer and ran it till it started flashing and beeping then filled up and got 80 litres in so now i know my gauge is no good as others have said ignore the gauge and go by miles |

Lpg tanks are designed that they will not fill to capacity so a 90 litre tank will not actually hold 90 litres, IIRC something like 80% capacity as Lpg is stored as a gas
