New torque converter problems

Hi,
Just got a Range Rover sport, 2006, 2.7, automatic. I had experienced a shuddering and got the torque converter replaced, car ran fine for 2 days, and now the shuddler is slowly creeping back along with a groaning noise when the acceleratior is sometimes pressed, it has just happened a few times, any ideas what it could be? There has been no fault lights or anything showing up, could it be the reconditioned torque converter I got put in?
Many thanks
Michael

Have only ever used new OEM units, and never had an issue afterwards...

It would suggest either an issue with the recon TC, or a further mechanical issue within the box

Do you think it's one of the 2 things that were replaced that are at fault?? Cost me nearly £1500 and still in the same position

Bristol Auto's are specialists with an amazing reputation. Might be worth getting their opinion.
