The injectors themselves are identical internally but it's to do with the direction the solenoid points in relation to the fuel pipes, in the photo you can see that 1&2 for example have the solenoid plugs pointing towards each other yet the fuel pipes come out the same

LR specifiy you must replace the injector fitting kit whenever injectors are removed. The kit includes the pipe and the bits that hold the injectors down which apparently distort as you torque them down. If you reuse them the pipes are prone to leak and the combustion charge can leak past the injector, filling the injector wells with soot/tar.

The new injectors came with everything bar the pipe
