Are you looking at buying from a franchised LR dealer, a specialist non-franchise LR dealer or your local Arthur Daley used car corner? I appreciate that LR franchised dealers don't often have RRS down at that price however they do take cars in as part exchanges at that price and if you let your local dealer know what you are looking for they may have somebody bringing what you are looking for in. It saves them shipping it off to the auctions if they have a customer that they know is looking for one but you will not get an Approved Used one unless what they are offering you is less than 10 years old and less than 100k miles. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I've never managed a discount used off pendragon dealers ie Evans Halshaw/Stratstone as they claim to sell the cheapest available

Don't try the -10% in a LR dealership, you'd be laughed out the door. Maybe £500 off if they've had it a while, but I can't see you'd get any more. 2012 RRS SDV6

Never let the dealer think their car is the only car you are interested in (demonstrate optionality).

I managed to get £500 off my car at a LR main dealer. 62 plate Autobiography with 28k on the clock. That was after they had agreed to put 2 tyres on it and have all 4 wheels refurbished plus put a full tank of diesel in it. The car came in to them in the morning and I bought it in the afternoon.
