How much faith do you have in the garage doing the work?

Considering all the parts your garage has now changed there is no good reason for the brakes not to work perfectly.

Get Bodsy to overhaul the EPB brakes when he's next in your area. He's the guru |

The more I read through this thread the more I think you should be going back to the garage and asking for a load of money back. After they changed the calipers etc. any faults from that point on have been caused by them.

My brakes creak and groan a little at low speed.

Tell me about it! I do feel a bit cheesed off, but lessons learnt now and I've exhausted that avenue, so drawing a line underneath it.

The cornering squeak will be caused by a wheel bearing on it's way out.

jack the car up and check for free play by moving the wheel up and down and pushing/pulling it towards you, if there's movement, you have a problem 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater |
