I agree that if you are financing the vehicle in any way, ie pcp or hire purchase then the added residual value will mean you should be able to get the AB as your weapon of choice. I had a highly specced HSE Dynamic on order but quickly changed to the AB once I received some HP quotes. On a car costing me £7k more the payments were roughly the same. Of course there was some 'man maths' in there as well, have to justify an £80k car in as many ways as I can to my wife as that's a lot of holidays.

I went through the same process and ordered an AB which will arrive shortly

Caerketton I see you stay in the Scottish borders. What dealer did you use?

are you collecting in March before the new tax rules come into play?

not too far to travel then for a deal. I managed to hack out a deal using the local dealer in Kelso, was VERY surprised and really nice to use a local dealer with a 20 minute trip for a service. Have to say that the offer from Orangewheels helped me a lot in achieving the deal with them. Mine is due at the beginning of March, I take it you are not fussed for a 17 plate on the car?

Figues are in...HSE is cheapest, Dynamic is most expensive and AB sits nicely in the middle! I'm going AB! So thanks a ton KMPowell!

Now not sure what colour I want lol Stuck between Carpithian Grey and Santorini Black Surprised

Going shortly to see some colour combos but Im loving the black and Tan two tone interior option - just hoping it's not too orange!

nice one the AB is so well specced. I have ordered tan seats with black, when you say the two tone interior is that the option you mean as they also do the seats in black and tan?

I have seen a few videos on the net and it doesn't look too orange although Tim's photos of his evoque leather look more so. I just didn't want black leather again and lighter is no good with having 2 kids.

This one...seems silly not to make the most of having an AB with dual colour seats Cool

i've gone for the all tan seat option with the lighter headliner. Either way I think the tan will look great

Just be aware that the Tan is quite orange for tan, also just be careful to spec the black headliner as the default is cream and having three colours in the interior might not be the effect that you want. Ebony is NCO anyway. I posted some photos of the tan/ ebony (not two tone seats, they were all tan with black kick panels on the backs of the front seats) interior of my last Evoque elsewhere.

Thanks. From what i noticed the colour looks much more orange in pics than it is in real life. It's one of those colours that messes up in an image! In real life it seems more subtle. But i'll see when I see it a bit later in person.

I think I may just play it safe and go Ebony/Ivory!

I was surprised how "carrot" colour it was and made me wonder if vegetable dye from carrots had been used to dye the hides.............. in natural sunlight it is very orange/carrot for a tan (almost the same colour as the orange in the toolbar at the top of the forum page......) but it went well with the Zanzibar Metallic Bronze exterior.
My Evoque was the first one that the dealership (Grange Garage but just after Lookers took them over so the DP was James and sales manager Matt who are now back at Looker Park Royal) had seen, they were a bit surprised too. When I took in back for part ex there was a bit of sucking of teeth that it might sit on their forecourt for a long time as Zanzibar wasn't hugely popular either - car was sold in a week. IIRC Fawad saw it when he went to order his current RRS from Grange as I was collecting my RRS from them the same day as he was in there to order 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
