Check that the region is set to UK and not defaulted to Belgium as this can cause similar problems.

Mine does the same. If you either press the program button of the heated screen or turn them on one by one it stops and radio and satnav work fine. After a couple of mins you can turn them off and it will work fine. Hope it helps.

hi all an update battery is a bosch so its decent and only 4 months old mick (shakeapaw) checked charge voltage its fluctuating between 15.2 upto 16.8 then jumps to 18 so I guess the alternator is f***** over charging more money to spend just when you don't need it and to top it off a ball joint has gone Sad "Remember its easier to say sorry than it is to get permission " especially off the Mrs !!

I appreciate your battery is only 4 months old, however it has been recieving anything upto 18 volts, so is already on the knackered road. I hope you get away with it, however be prepared to buy another, or take yours back as faulty 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater Smile)))

It will have DSC as all RRS's had it (IIRC it is a requirement after 2000 for all cars to have it). The option you might want to know if your car has is Dynamic Response - this is the trick rear suspension and uprated sterring rack with 20" wheels. Visually there are no indications externally but under the bonnet you will have as additional hydraulic fluid rank cover as the system was electro hydraulic. In 2005 diesels could not be specced from the factory with wheels bigger than 19" unless the heavy duty steering rack that was standard on the V8 Petrols was specced. You could still fit 20" wheels but LR would immediately invalidate the warranty on the steering and transmission.................. after 2007 the uprated rack was made standard on all RRS's

ACC doubtful as in 2005 only the petrol engined RRS's got it and it wasn't even an option on diesels until the TDV8 was launched. You will know if you have acc as in the lower intake, passenger side there is a black plastic fronted detector unit see the photo below
