Difficult to answer really - I always wanted the Sport but when I finally got it I felt let down by issues and awful customer service Confused

I definitely prefered the styling of my Black Edition to the Mitsy and obviously the "designer label" but the only performance that mattered was towing ability for the van which isn't important now Sad

The Mitsy is quick enough (especially without the hesitation), as comfortable as the RRS and the running costs are so much lower that IMHO I don't miss the RRS now - I used to but the longer I'm away the easier it gets Thumbs Up Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

Still hoping for a S2 one day!

ADY, say it as it is Rolling with laughter
Are you saying that Muddy has been booked for loitering, or that every time he goes out he is the head of the procession Question In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures
Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.

No - last time I was in a LR dealer I swore it would be the last and just not tempted Confused

SWMBO would like a Fullfat for the weekend but we both agree it's not going to happen - won't fit in the garage, waste of money and don't need the dealer hassle Rolling Eyes

I may be selling one of my properties after xmas and putting some money in the bank which will make nothing so the temptation to splurge could be strong - F-pace looks nice but would prefer I-pace - thing is do I want another JLR experience Confused

Still fancy a Series 2a - one for sale locally at moment but I'm resisting temptation as I have too much going on at moment - it will probably be gone when things are more settled Big Cry Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

Come on Muddy it's over a week since you posted on this topic. If it was your old RRS, there would have been plenty of disasters to write about. Surely something has fallen off or broken on the Mitsy by now!!!

Spill the beans, we're all waited with bated breath!!

Well said Jock, looks like Muddy's turning into a bit of an old boring fart, bit like BC, Whistle these guys always had something to moan / complain about, falling off ramps, falling of bikes etc etc, Rolling with laughter nowadays we get nothing from them. I doubt it's that their "vehicles" (I use the word Vehicle loosely) are that good, maybe they are just too embarrassed Embarassed to tell us the whole truth. Plus ADY, well less said there the better, after all he is a Mod Bow down In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures

Sorry guys - everything is going so well I thought it best to keep quiet as I don't want to upset anyone Wink

Had another long trip last weekend where I couldn't recharge enroute and managed a very impressive 47.8 mpg over the 132 mile journey using save button for first time instead of using battery then petrol Mr. Green

What this does is gives priority to engine and uses battery less for maximum range - I will do this in future on long runs as it obviously helps Cool

The computer is accurate too according to my fuelly figures which is a surprise as the LRs were 7-10% over usually Rolling Eyes

Although I have less to say and have become a boring fart it does make my life simpler Laughing Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

Are PHEVs free? If I look on Mitsubishi's website at used vehicles, non-PHEVs all have prices with the vehicles' details. PHEVs have no prices shown. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

I noticed that too when I was deciding new or used Laughing

In the end I found prices via Autotrader but bought new as the discount, tax rebate etc made it worthwhile Mr. Green Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW
