Can anybody help I have recently bought a 2007 range rover sport I have found a towbar hitch in the back of the car but it has no lock mechanism or lock it's just the towbar no mechanism at all is there any way you can buy the lock mechanism and the bolt that secures it to the car

you can get the green handle lock mechanism off ebay

I can get the actual lock its the other internal bits I need I can seem to find then anywhere

Sounds like it's goosed if there is no securing bolt , do you have a picture of what you're faced with?
As said above though, you can buy the handle and lock mechanism. It maybe that once fitted you are able to release the securing bolt? ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

hi did you have any joy getting the bits you need I am in the same boat

Mine is close to that I need the red ring that sits on the tow bar under the lock and a new lock 61 AB 5.0 supercharged rocket
07 HSE TDV8 with lots of toys EGR removed BAS remap
56 HSE WAS FULL OF PROBLEMS

its missing all the internals and don't believe you can buy them individually, you may be better waiting for one to come up for sale on here and start again.
