Thanks Thewojtek for the advice and info, definitley sounds like you know your stuff! Looks like Ill have to scrap that idea then and move on.
Have you heard any 4.4 with an aftermarket exhaust on?

ive got a range rover sport "griffin" exhaust on mine. I love its sound. not too noisy but still turns heads. looks nice too. its slightly over bore in size than other exhausts.
works for me.

That would be great if you could get video and pics? If you can get a clip of your car pulling away and driving off to see what it sounds like that would be great! Smile
Thanks

had my 4.4 chipped, got an extra 20hp according to readouts. could tell the difference, also have je engineering stainless pipes on it, sounds lovely when in sport mode and flat out.

Taffboyo74 where did you get yours chipped? Any change in mpg? Got any videos/clips of what your exhaust sounds like? Is it full exhaust system?

had it done via superchips, check out their website and it shows where you can get it done, graph before and after
As for the exhaust i got it years ago from je engineering, don't think they do them any more. Go to quick silvers web site and there is a clip of a sport pulling away with one of their exhausts, sounds awesome!
