I've not seen that before, wonder if the head gasket has gone? Changing the oil cooler? Autobox oil or engine oil cooler?

Sorry perhaps the full story might help the car went to telfords 4x4 specialist's for a leaking water pipe under the supercharger while it was there they then spotted the dreaded cream like gunge in the header tank there expert instantly said he knew what the problem was the engine oil cooler so I had it changed at the same time. from then I checked it on a regular basis's and had some little oil getting back thinking this is probably what was left in the pipes . 5months later and I am still getting black oil in me expansion tank I have checked the oil filler cap (clean ) plus there is no indication off water on the dip stick |

Might be worth trying to flush cooling system with something like this a couple of times, and see where you go from there. If it keeps reappearing you may well have other issues but worth a try first.
