Uploading photo issues again!

Sorry bother you all with this again but i cant seem to upload photos using photobucket using the copy and paste image on posts! Or resizeing the image and uploading them through the site! I must be missing something silly here! But its so frustrating

It worked before on here but not when i wanted to go uoload the photos in the for sale section!

Any help would be appreciated again!!
