Here's a few more of mine after a good clean at the weekend. There are actually quite a few swirls in the paintwork so if we get some decent weather I'm going to machine polish it at the weekend, but even so it still looks pretty shiny!

Mine is in for its first service today too. I've just been sent a video of the vehicle check, and the car is looking suspiciously clean.

Just out of interest how much is the service for the SVR as my local dealer in Jersey will not allow you to buy the 5 Year service plan and said expect to pay £600-£800 for the service each year which i thought was a little toppy but wasn't sure what the service involved? 2019 Urban Urus - May Delivery. Gone to the dark side...

Don't you have one of these Phil ? Everyone who takes their pride and joy into a dealer should have one. |

You would have thought that saying Do NOT WASH when it was booked in, having DO NOT WASH on the job card, being told that they WILL NOT WASH IT when I dropped it off, reminding them NOT TO WASH THE CAR when I left, and enquiring whether they had actually washed it when I saw the video and being told NO IT HASN"T BEEN WASHED, would be enough.

Unbelievable Phil, people can be so inept at times. Can imagine the fun and games I'm going to be having further down the line, my Black colour will show every bloody mark at the best of times! |

The explanation that the valeters were just over eager and took the keys and washed the car before being told not to is equally alarming. I asked what would have happened if the car was in for a oil leak or brake failure or something? |
