Only if you specify timed and remote climate unfortunately. This is why I parted with 1k for L494 as I knew I won't be able to retrofit and enable this myself like I did for my MY13. I fitted the LR received and antenna with no problems but you do need an IID Tool or similar to activate it. It really is fabulous. I found the timed climate less useful because I often didn't know what time I would be leaving home but if you remember the clipper 30 minutes in advance of the journey car is lovely and warm. I always wanted to have it parked in a row of iced up cars and fire it up, then take a photo showing it to be the only vehicle that was thoroughly de-iced, but didn't get the chance. |

Yeah eventually may fit the remote. My days are pretty regimented so I guess timed should be ok. Out of interest what range does the remote have? ![]() 2012 RRS HSE SDV6, Sumatra Black and Ivory Audi A5, 3.0 TDI, Gone Audi TT, 3.2 V6, Gone BMW 5 series tourer, Gone |

I love the fact that I don't have to scrap ice from the Windows like my neighbours do on a frosty morning! Best mod I ever made, enjoying a brew while its doing its thing. Super easy to fit receiver and antenna, activate and pair the remotes too. Cheers Fawad for selling me your old parts |

I went to a family reunion, at a hotel in Brentwood. We all stayed the night. In the morning on way to breakfast,i looked out to car park and saw everything was covered in heavy frost. I flipped the plipper and went to breakfast. After which we went to put luggage in cars. Everyone was busy scraping windows. My windows were perfectly clean, and on openning doors felt the warmth come out. Able to just jump in and drive off, in warm cab. itisme |
