I picked up my MY16 HSE Dynamic, Carpathian grey, with a black, roof on the 2nd of September. I previously had a 2012 Evoque., which I couldn’t’ fault. I have to say though if the Evoque was excellent, the RR Sport is Superb. The first week I had it we went to Yorkshire for a few days. 422 miles and it achieved 37.1mpg. This is better than the Evoque. Nothing but praise for the new car.

Being a newbie, could someone suggest where I post an observation and comments on the MY16 satnav. The car has been back to the dealer for 3 days, but the problem, as I see it, is not resolved and I would like the views and suggestions of other forum members.

Welcome to the forum Trev, another Evoque to RRS2 convert, there are a re few here. The dedicated section here for RRS2 are thw two sections on the home page for L494 (the LR designation of rthe model). Unfortunately my experience with my 2nd Evoque was less than good hence why after a year of problems I am now back in an RRS. My first one though was a launch day delivery and was a "fully loaded' Dynamic Lux Plus Coupe Auto and I really wished I had not changed it for the 5 door 2014 Dynamic Lux Plus with Black Pack. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Hello! Firstly thank you - I have been using the website to do some research prior to getting a 61 RRS and knowing the forum existed helped me take the plunge!

I'm in MK.

Only having had it a week I am pleased I got it but already considering taking it into getting checked as it hangs when coming out of a roundabout and for a moment unresponsive to the throttle - anyone got any ideas? Still within my two weeks to kick up a fuss but I didn't buy locally - doh!!

Daniel - welcome to the forum - what mileage has the Sport done & are you aware of any work being done on the ARB - bushes & suspension components - these toys are well known to go through these parts for fun
My 61 plate just had advisory on its MOT for the above parts & its only done 25k mileage. Throttle response from a standing start is again a well known issue - not as noticeable whilst already moving but it is there

After many many years of wanting a RRS I've finally done it! Swapped my 1997 Defender in (fun but base) and got myself a 2008 TDV8. What a machine it is. I've been grinning since I picked it up at 1030 this morning.
