understand your point, but on a rainy day my car looks exact the same.

Please see the pictures in my gallery, causeway grey is not black, it is grey and after owning and seeing my car 7 month now, I am sure I have more feel how the color looks than any sales guy from LR.

would be great to see both colors together... Wink, but happy if yours is lighter in grey than mine. but at the moment I dont think so.

See here how different it looks in the light:

Had a mess around on the configurator and it's amazing how the colours are all over the place. Corris Grey looks darker than the Carpathian on there. Then if you build a FFRR the Carpathian Grey looks different on there too.

Even the black don't look black black. You'd think they get the colour right on there.

true, the colors are far from reality on the LR homepage.
but the colors of LR in general are not easy to picture, as they react in the light so different.

causeway grey is in different conditions a cold steel-grey, in other light it is a brownish grey and sometimes it is charcoal.

here today in the sunlight:

@renaco What a beautiful colour that Causeway Grey is. Such a shame LR has decided to delist it.

Really hoping the Carpathian ain't to different in reality....the wait is on!

thanks, true its great and reduces the car a bit to its beautiful lines.

But I think from the first pictures, carpathian has a slightly more brownish effect, so it will be very nice and a good replacement for causeway.

Hope you get the car soon. I am sure you will be happy with the color.

Thanks.
Checked them and I still cant see a difference to causeway...

But there must be a difference, as they never re-name a colour without any changes.

I don't think they are Carpathian Grey either. I think the stealers are just trying to pull a fast one on unsuspecting buyers as there's no Causeway on the website.

Both reg dates are 10/07/15 and 17/07/15 .
I think one car looks lighter than the other one . The new model should just say sport ?

Gentleman, this is Carpathian-Grey:

In the sun a bit lighter than causeway, in the rain more or less the same:

Love the colour and happy with my bold decision to change from santorini to carpathian - suits the car very well. Collect my AB early September. Those physical cars for sale must have been one of the very first MY16 from the factory and presumably they're both demos.

Production for MY16 didn't start until 22nd June, so if it takes approx 6 weeks to build, according to those dates they can't be carpathian.

Mr Singh,

It takes only about a day to build and dealers general quote 4 weeks from build week to handover so I'm guessing these cars are more than likely 16's. My dealer's Carpathian grey demo arrived mid July.
