@fkarim I think Carpathian will look good in the flesh. I was in same predicament about the contrast Santorini roof, but have decided to stay with body colour as there isn't much difference.

With regards to keeping it clean, it's a pain in the ass keeping a black car clean, but I reckon you might be able to get away with Carpathian as dirt might (hopefully) blend in.

Too many Corris greys about so might be good idea to avoid that and go with a brand new colour.

Are you going for Stealth pack too?

No, I am not getting the Stealth Pack.

I know very well about keeping a black car clean - previous RRS was Santorini. Looked better than any other colour but only straight after a wash or may be for the rest of that day Laughing This is why I was not so sure about such a dark colour again. I do agree a real car looks different to the sample though. Just today I saw Corris sample and a Corris Discovery Sport in flesh - significant difference.

I like Carpathian more than Waitomo or Corris. I think I have made up my mind about sticking with Carpathian. Still thinking about body coloured or black roof (no extra cost on AB). Most of the roof will be taken up by the sunroof anyway so perhaps leaving it black as originally ordered doesn't make much of a difference. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

Great post and pics I was thinking that the new carpanthian grey was not dark enough for me but after seeing the pics I'm happy again.

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black

Good posts, I am in exactly the same situation. Sold our 2013 Black addition in Santorini and ordered the replacement RRS in Carpathian.. My biggest concern was that Carpathian may be too dark, as the Santorini was a absolute swine to keep clean plus it showed even the slightest scratch and swirls..
I have only seen the Carpathian as a colour sample, but it sure looks good.. kind of gun metal grey.. I did debate Corris, but every other RRS seems to be in that colour.
The other option was Loire blue, At one point that was going to be the chosen colour, as i have seen it on the FFRR, but on a RRS I was not so sure, some colours seem to suit car body designs better than others..

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Sumatra Black

Personally I think Carpathian with an Indus Silver roof would look great but silver wheels not stealth, particularly if considering privacy glass.

If you were going for the Stealth Pack then I would have said go with the Santorini roof. Otherwise go body coloured, or contrast as mentioned by @philmw

What colour interiors you all going for with the Carpathian? I've got all Ebony, but now feeling Pimento. What you reckon? BTW I've ordered Stealth Pack on mine...

I considered Indus Silver roof but wife says "no". For us the options really are Santorini or body coloured. Got privacy glass and diamond turned wheels, not stealth.

Interior is Ebony/ivory duo tone. Initially I went for Espresso/Ivory as it has more Ivory than Ebony/Ivory combination but glad I changed it. Brown may not go too well with the rest of the car. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

Found these pictures:

Apparently this FFRR is Carpathian Grey. Definitely like the colour. Just need to decide about the roof soon (Santorini Black or body coloured). Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

@fkarim yes saw that car on the internet too, being sold by Amari. I was under the impression Carpathian was a new colour so interesting its on that Vogue. Does look nice though.

@Mr Singh I also thought it was a new colour across all LR models and I couldn't really find anything apart from these photos when I Googled it. May be this was a one-off or they had the year wrong on the advert (says 2013) but the ad did say Carpathian.

@Maidenmania it does look darker than Corris and closer to the sample I saw at the dealership - thanks. If it is Carpathian, I would still go with black roof. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

I had a look at the colours on the latest e brochure , carpathian grey is really dark , if the word grey wasn't there you would say it was black .
I don't think you would notice if you had a black roof fkarim . Or it might go the other way , by having the black roof the grey would look lighter .
Good luck with your dilemma .
