I think I'm going to switch my order to Santorini Black now. Loved the Causeway, but don't want to risk going for the Carpathian as it might look too light from what I want when it's on the car.

Compared the two swatches and looked a few shades lighter outdoors. Best be safe than sorry!

Still got a week or so before build is closed, so hoping to be able to see one in the flesh... but doubt I will

On the other hand I am happy for it to be lighter. Made up my mind to stick with Carpathian and contrast Santorini roof. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

First post.

Having ordered carpathian grey AB for sept delivery, I was invited to view their new demo example in said colour. Any previous concerns about it being dark were quickly forgotten about as the colour is beautiful and very distinctive. The santorini contrast was pleasingly noticeable.

@DCPC any chance you took some pictures you could post mate? So would you say it was noticeably lighter than Causeway Grey?

On Causeway it's hard to distinguish a Santorini contrast roof. Still got a few days before my build closes so will be interesting to see the colour! Also which AD did you see it at?

Wet and overcast conditions perhaps mask the true colour which looks a little darker in the photo but I can say it is a lovely colour and importantly for me markedly lighter than causeway

Great color, but I dont see a difference to causeway grey on your pictures.

The contrast/difference to the black painted parts is exaclty the same as on my causeway grey...

Hi renaco. I understand your comments but I tried to explain that the pictures were taken on a wet and overcast day. I saw the same car in better conditions a few days prior and there was no mistaking that the car is More grey than a black. The salesman also observed that it is lighter than causeway.
