Frank, follow the instructions in the manual for the IID tool, there is a calculation sheet in there. Follow it exactly and it will fix your problem. It evene mentions what the heights should be.

drop it 10mm and drive. then drop another 10mm and drive, then drop 1mm increments until you get fed up with the ride and put it back to original... |

Bodsy's spot on. Keep in mind that if you lower it too much, the access height will become unusable as in:
