Frank, follow the instructions in the manual for the IID tool, there is a calculation sheet in there. Follow it exactly and it will fix your problem. It evene mentions what the heights should be.

drop it 10mm and drive. then drop another 10mm and drive, then drop 1mm increments until you get fed up with the ride and put it back to original... Bodsys Brake Bible
