Hi, just bought my first RRS. Been a Landrover fan for quite a while now, had quite a few landies on the place over the years, series 3's to disco 3's, 200tdi Defeners to vogues. Spent the last 2 years driving a VW kombi (long story!).

Anyway was looking for something a bit newer originally, then a sweet Java black 2007 TDV8 HSE came up just 5 miles away. 60k miles, I know the owner and he's an enthusiast so I took the plunge.

Can't wait to get her home, she will be joining an old Disco TD5 and a 110 double cab tdci on the fleet. Very excited. Just waiting for the guys private plate retention to come back. (2 1/2 weeks so far!)

Judging by a few posts on here I Will be purchasing a warranty from Warranty direct!

The sound from my iPhone sounds really poor.
The sound via CD or radio is perfect, is this a faulty iPod lead?
Any advice will be very welcome

Just purchased my dream supercharged RRS with HST kit.. Was apparently a demonstrator for stratstones of mayfair back in the day.. Reg no MY06HST

Just a quick hello from a newbie RRS owner (well nearly).... Have just ordered a 2010 RRS 3.0TDv6 HSE Revere HSR from Land Rovers approved network... Looking forward to ownership, which I'm hoping will not be plagued by issues. Car comes with 2 year warranty, so I'm hopeful that should anything arise it'll be covered... Will be searching through forum for other owners experiences etc.
The Revere HSR is a new stable mate for my B7 Audi RS4 saloon... I think they're going to go great together!

Just bought a 2005 RRS- in black.
Love this forum for the wealth of information and user experience. All cars have issues but for some reason, the RR scares me. Great to have somewhere to get answers.

I am looking to change my car in June. I have been looking at new cars, but I think my heart may have been turned by a 2006 RRS 4.2ltr Supercharged beat. I only do about 20-40 miles a day so the fuel consumption wont be much of an issue, but not sure what horrors to look out for!

this car has been well looked after, but has only done 29,000 miles...

I joined just last week after visiting the site and reading, with great interest, some of the various and interesting posts.
I've already take note of some very informative remarks and I was also able to solve a problem I was having with my RRS 2.7TDV S.
I've posted my actions and results as a response to some else's similar problem and hope my results will be of useful information to others.
