You could bag yourself a nice Supercharged with much lower miles for that money , I was going to spend about £16k on a TDV8 but have decided to go petrol instead.

We could be wrong, but knowing how unreliable these sports are, put aside at lease 5k for expected repairs in the near future. I would expect him to snap your hand off at 11k. It's an interesting conundrum. If there is a full set of paperwork showing that things have been attended to throughout its life then it might actually be a good buy. I'd have thought that if the turbos, for example, were going to go pop then they'd have done so by now - they seem to go well before 100k miles from what we've seen in our various vehicles. If it has spent its days doing 100 mile trips each way up and down a motorway then the mileage isn't that scary really.

The issue is that you probably won't get the full folder of paperwork when buying from a garage. If they do have it all and it shows correct servicing, correct parts used, items changed outside of the service schedule when necessary etc. then why not?
