It's a genuine Land Rover Disco 4 2014 and yes heats up just had to change the clock spring behind the wheel,

Did you source the steering wheel/clock spring from a breakers and was it a straight forward swap over?

Looking at upgrading mine but seen ppl mentioning £400+ for parts/clock spring.

Yes mate wheel was from main dealer, I liked the piano black and leather together and clock spring came out of the 2012 Autobiography from breakers.

Yes it is a direct replacement I also did not like the rotary switch. The newer "rocker lever" looks so much better, only problem is this is very expensive even with my trade discount from Land Rover it was still £230. Shocked however the grey trim around the cup holder and gearstick was £40. This is a little bit more fiddly to replace Whistle
