Having had my MY10 RRS for a week now I can say I love it! All apart from one thing.......

I can't believe that a car this "luxurious" and pricey doesn't have convenience lights in the rear passenger seats that come on/go off with the doors being opened. My MY05 LR D3 had them! There are two lights in the back that can be switched on, but these then stay on until switched off again (or the car is locked after use).

Does anyone else find this strange/frustrating? Or is it just me?! Current: Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE in Stornoway Grey

Never made sense but there is a fix, think it was connecting to blue wire in loom at base of B pillar. Do a search as I got instructions on how to from this forum years ago. Once done the lights come on when doors opened 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

Oh right, thanks for that Simple1, I just found it - I might do it if it gets really annoying! For the moment it's just "strange".

yup, did mine the other week, just make sure you get the Diodes from Maplins before you start, as its a weeks lead time if they do not have any. Mine only had one in stock so I did the job anyway, and connected the other diode later, I also changed all the bulbs to LEDS at the same time.
