Long and laborious process. I brought a car back from Switzerland and it was complete mare. You need to get a STA test from VOSA as a start ( single type Approval) which involves changing headlights, tail lights if you only have one rear fog light, all to suit right hand drive, and a speedo head that has MPH instead of KPH predominately.

Another option could be to sell up in France (assuming the car is more at home in France, i.e. LHD), and get yourself a replacement RRS when you are in the UK. |

Think I'm right in saying that if you're British then you can't insure a foreign car.
