agreed, very strange! I asked the LR teccie and he said no way would that cause a problem. But the garage saw that with the drl's on the pump stopped working. Maybe it's a sign that the pump is on its way out, we'll see.

Hi guys could anyone help with a little info regarding wiring of drl rings that I have purchased, the rings have black red and white cable attached, I have also purchased a auto drl switch which also has red black cables which connect to the rings the switch also has a white cable, my question is where do I connect both white wires to, may be simple answer but rather be safe that sorry, |

Yep, red to the live of the battery, black to the chassis, and white to either the live of the headlights or the fuse box. If you have only 3 wires I would have though the 3rd white cable goes to the fuse box, otherwise your lights would be on permanently. any instructions with them? After many question and many post read I finally took the plunge and decided to install led drl rings on my RRS, the only scary part was putting lights into the oven but little and often rather than long period in the oven seems to work for me, I searched for ages to find the correct rings for me 5 led rings, each to there own though, I painted the internals satin black and changed the amber side refactors to clear ones, I am really pleased with the outcome,
