Just joined the forum and as you can probably guess Im either looking for or just got a RRS... ok I haven't got one yet just testing the water on what I can and cant get with my hard earned cash.... looked at a couple of rrs 2008 hse but its the hst kit that's gonna win me over, know to choose tdv8 or supercharged ? I know they all have there particular problems and I would love to buy that perfect car that never goes wrong ...

Its really hard to find a grey RRS locally to me so I guess its a waiting game for me, I guess one will turn up sooner or later fingers and toes crossed.

At the mo I have a 09 white bmw 123d msport 5 door hatch that will be going towards the RRS and cash for the rest of the payment ..its a great car fbmwsh fast and economical hmmmmm am I making the rite decision.

Im a complete newbie to the 4x4 scene, am I going to be scared away by the horror story's I've heard ? quite possibly unless you lot on here can say otherwise...

I'm currently on then hunt (again) for a >=58 plate RRS. Had a BMW 330i convertible previously but it wouldn't allow for a child seat to be fitted due to rear moulded seats.. so I started looking for a RRS 2 years ago, but we then decided that we didn't need 2 "dedicated family cars" as my other half had a VW Touran.. so I picked up my current daily.. a very low mileage 2010 Ford Focus RS.. but the Touran was replaced with a Golf last year and the RRS is an itch that needs to be scratched.. so as nice as my RS is, I'm on the hunt again

Either black or blue I think (I quite like Buckingham blue), with preferably black & silver interior due to kids. A 3.6 TDV8 HSE. Would prefer side steps, but I'm sure these could be added later if not, but would really like rear DVD entertainment for the long drives with our boys.

Hi all, just picked up (about 3hrs ago!) an '07 TDV8 HSE in Bonatti Grey with Cream leather for the Mrs (she loved the TDV8 when I had one new in '07 and has wanted one ever since.)
So I just earned a load of browny points!

Evening, looking to sell my Defender 90 and replace it with a RRS, ideally a tdv8. Hopefully be speaking to you all soon about my new purchase...!

Great and informative forum! Been lurking for a couple of weeks and am now gearing up to purchase my first RRS. Originally had a budget of £30-£35,000 but have just discovered that with just a little more I could get myself a 2012......lets see what happens.....also thank you in advance of the information and advice I'll be getting from the informative members on here!
