Hello everyone. I`m considering buying a RRS sc, so here I am.

Just joined - had my RRS since March - already took trip to the Pismo Sand Dunes and Mojave desert - very pleased with the car so far. Did transmission/diff fluid changes when I bought at 70K miles (@ transmission specialist) - just changed oil with Castrol Syntec (DIY - found a number of bolts missing from the sump guard - this is why I DIY simple stuff !) - added clear side markers, lockwood stainless sills, union jack badge on rear !

I have had RRS Stormer for 5 months now.
I like the car, but i have had breaking problems and Arb leak, what gives a bad taste for all.


Seems that in this forum we can solve all the problems what this car has

Hi, I am a new RRS owner, just picked up my 2010 HSE in Stornoway Grey this afternoon. Driving from Scotland to Holland tomorrow for the weekend. I actually went to a Merc dealer and planned to buy a Merc but saw the RRS for sale and bought it. I don't know how I managed without one all these years.

I recently inherited my Dad's RRS HSE........ the original plan was to sell it but having driven it around for a couple of months including a trip to Brecon I'm hooked.

Sailed through it's MOT today, currently quizzing the (main) dealer where it was serviced to see if the belts have been changed. The service book is stamped up for the 105k service (based on time not mileage, it's only done 75k) but for piece of mind I want verification that the belts were done.

Looking forward to a (hopefully) fun time with this lovely car
