Propellor noise from the front

My 06 RRS 2.7 has developed a strange noise, and after reading countless posts about what it might be, I thought it might be worth actually posting my noises and seeing if anyone could help.

It's a propellor like noise which speeds up as the car speeds up. It's a grumbling noise that pulses, both on acceleration and also when lifting off, it definitely sounds like it's coming from the front of the car. It also seems like you can feel it every so slightly through the steering wheel. There is steering wheel shudder at 50mph (but I figured that's because it needs an alignment).

Stuck my head out the passenger window at low speed and thought I could hear some random rattles from under the car.

Car has 61k on the clock, all done by me and FLRSH ( don't know if that helps).

Can anyone help?

Thanks, from what I read online those both sound likely.

In people's experience; what are the broad cost for wheel bearing replacement and front diff? (What do I need to brace for basically!)

Thanks for the help so far

just changed front offside wheel hub myself (had to change hub and bearing as they're one unit) simple job. had most of the tools except for the torque wrench but this cost me only 30 quid. SO about £90 quid in total plus a few hours. I was lucky enough to pick up a new genuine hub off eBay for £60, from a private seller Thumbs Up Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.
DONE: Meduza front bumper, AB rear bumper, AB tailpipes, calipers repainted, rear upper tailgate upgrade, side steps, AB front grille, AB side vents, rear LED lights, clear side repeaters, integrated daytime running lights, LED headlights.
TO DO: color code sills and pillars.

Allow around £100 for a decent quality wheel bearing. Unless you get lucky, as above Thumbs Up

Around an hours labour to replace

Front diff is a whole lot more. Up into nearly 4 figures at that point

Are you sure it ain't the air-conditioning/fan kicking in?

Turn off aircon and see if noise is changed

Fromt diff is about £450ish recon at IAWA. Is the noise on the over run or just on steady acceleration?

Spain

Can you confirm, is the problem road speed related or engine speed related? If road speed, then I agree with the above posts, if engine speed, then I would suspect Alternator, Water pump etc. In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures
Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.
