Has anyone tried the Dynamic Terrain Response + Sport mode? Seems I get just tightened steering wheel and higher revs! I was expecting Cayenne type transformation... Isn't the car suspension supposed lower for better cornering and increase throttle response? Just curious to understand the expected behavior versus what I'm actually noticing!

Don't believe the suspension lowers using the dynamic mode, it just stiffens and stops some roll in the corners.....and becomes a little more.....errrr, dynamic

I've read on here that the suspension is believed to lower/hunker down when you reach in excess of license losing speeds, but I guess not many people willing to confirm that

In all seriousness though, Dynamic and Sport together, will just hold the revs a little longer, stiffen the suspension and steering too, better than nowt  ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Dynamic mode in an 07MY?

dynamic mode is also apparently good for loosening fillings on British roads.
I find it to be handy on fastish slip roads into / out of mway roundabouts etc but dont tend to bother with sport mode as the paddle controls do something similar and more intuitively

I use Dynamic Response on twisty A roads and on fast 90+ autobahn runs for that little bit of extra body control. But since I switched from Contis to Pirelli Scorpions I have [happily] found the handling is now traded off for comfort and I use Dynamic Response even less because whilst the Contis could induce tyre squealing cornering (e.g. on a track...) the Pirellis just get very twitchy by comparison.

I don't use Sport mode unless I'm paddle shifting, and I actually use the paddles quite often. Sport mode in auto gets me a bit irritated with the way it holds the revs when you don't need them which makes things fell all a bit too urgent for me. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)...
