The brakes can be improved by upgrading to the 4.4 V8 brakes. Tried and tested by many on the D3 forum

I have been on the same set of brake pads, front and rear, for the last 50,000 miles or so. Worth saying that over half of my driving is motorway based.

When you did rear pads, were rotors removed and resurfaced ? I need to do mine soon - got StopTech ceramic pads - get good reviews here and <$50 a set. What is min thickness spec on OEM rotors ? Thanks in advance
