The issue is, is that on a £80,000+ car the trim should fit correctly............

That is the sort of finish you would expect from the likes of Fiat and Lada way back in the 70's Not a premium company like JLR. I wounder who signed that off at JLR quality control dept? |

You do wonder don't you. You can tell the car in my picture is white by the painted metal showing through the gap. Keep in mind rain will drain down this channel from the top of the car and then down through the gap. I wonder what's behind it... Mark

So it's trapped somewhere. Not good. IMHO, this needs a redesign. Mark

BTW ref my climate control issues, whereby it suddenly ceases ops, I've now found that above circa 23 deg C ish, if you slam any passenger door, this stops the climate + fan immediately. So, you have to restart the climate from on to off and on again. I guess the sensor is a bit over sensitive, but I'll live with this for now. |

Does this look much worse in the flesh? Doesn't look much of an issue from the pictures... |

No, it looks just as it does in the pictures. Whether it's an issue depends on what your expectations of an £80k car are. Mark
