Quick update: it went into dealership last Wednesday for new telematics unit, a two to three hour job I was told. Well, long story short - it's now Monday evening and I'm still without my car. The dealership admitted it was the first one they'd had to fit, it hadn't come with any instructions(!) and they didn't even know to start with where on the vehicle it was located. Land Rover promised that one of their engineers would be sent to do the job, but that never happened. It's pretty clear that Land Rover are not giving the dealer adequate support. Disgraceful. |
