It was the 996 Anniversary Edition, but it just never scratched the itch for some reason I think it was just too clinical and soul-less if that makes sense.

Decent aircooled 911s are upwards of £20k and now pre impact bumpers start from £40k! With most in the £60-80k range

^^^^^I bought one of those back in 2000, Brand new, same colour but without the Prodrive pack. Then i had a drive of the P1, and that was it, i had to have one. So my garage was full 2, Impreza´s Sold the dark blue one on its 3rd birthday and i haven´t come accross it again. |

Hi Ady, that one was a MY00 as well, I personally imported it from Holland, the exchange rate at the time meant I paid £14000 new!! It replaced an early (95) white turbo, which I gave to my Dad. All he did was change the oil every 6 months and he traded it in 2 years ago, bullet proof! The blue ones clutch went at 5000miles hence the change to a paddle clutch.

Oh, I don't know about that, I never like the newage stuff, but bought the last of the wagons, only to find the new hatchback grew on me and wished I'd waited 6 months!
