Also I wonder if there's some sort of modification you could do to the alarm system where you could add a new 'button' sensor so when the lights are removed, the alarm goes off RRS HSE TDV6 Autobiography

Could you fit a micro switch behind each head light them wire them to the front door switches?

Left head light to passenger door switch, right head light to drivers door switch?

If the alarm goes off when the door is opened then surely the same would happen when the head light is being pulled out.

Or could you wire head light switches to the bonnet switch? That would seem a simple and straight forward job even for a complete novice? 2006 RRS SC Bonatti Grey (the 55th car/van I have owned)
