Hi all, hope to become an active participant in all things RRS, bought mine in March this year you know after the usual ummings and arrings anyway I won and I'm know the proud owner of a supercharged little minx
Imagine the seen, I'd had her ten days enjoying every minute, and then out of no where at a set of traffic lights my rear end was accosted by a Mercedes Sprint van with a complete driving it. Luckily its all sorted know and i'm just getting used to driving with a large grin on my face

I have been a Land Rover Owner of various models over the past 10 years or so and have now settled on the RRS. Hi Folks, I'm English living in the Netherlands for last 3 years and 3 more to go before something else. Currently 2011 X5 owner and very keen on RRS HSE Dynamic for delivery around Oct 2014 if the factors go right. Test drove RRS diesel last week and really liked it. Have a few questions:

Does HSE Dynamic have:

1. On the power fold door mirrors is there a button you can press at any time to close them, for when you are passing traffic in tight conditions or going into the garage?
2. Does it have front parking sensors?
3. Does it have Auto hold when you stop so that you do not have to keep your foot on the brake at traffic lights and on hills, etc?
4. Is the air con good enough to keep the back seats cold without specifying the optional rear air con?
5. Not to sure about the touch screen as BMW I drive is very easy to use on the move, but faffing around touching screen to change music or put the heated seats on seems a bit much, or is it easy?
6. Is the full sized spare wheel an alloy and standard tyre?
7. Are tyres all season?

The RRS has much more presence than the X5 and also the new X5 and as I born in Birmingham if I can help the Brummies with work I'll do it!

Hi i just bought this RRsport in Ireland and said i would join the forum incase i need help with anything

Hi, just joined the forum to help my dad out as he not to good on the pc.

He has just brought a sport HSE on a 59 plate, he brought it from a main dealer.

I have a couple of questions if anyone can help us with.

He was told that although its on a 59 plate it is a 2010 spec, is this possible? and if so what are the main differences?

Also I have a spare wheel protector on my Discovery 3, will he need one for his range rover or have they change it so the wheel cant be nicked?

Hi John and welcome, yes it is quite possible to be the 2010 model, the dash was the easiest way to tell. If the dash looks like this then it's the 2010 model.


Unfortunately the spare wheels can still be stolen, so keep an eye out for the protector for you Dad.
