So today in our office car park,

We had our Sport smashed up, passengers side window smashed through... Presumable to open the bonnet, stolen grill and both headlights! I had never seen anything like it! All for a pair of headlights and grill and an iPod!

FUMING!

It gets worse, they did this to both our range rover but also another employees black AB at the same time!
Cameras, which unfortunately don't show enough for the police to do anything (typical), that they did it in 40 seconds !!!!

Unbelievable this was in a big open car park, nobody saw until they were long gone!

UPDATE: police have suspects, 5 Range Rovers have been done this afternoon alone, all in the Leeds and Bradford area!

Still a huge cost in an insurance claim and I no longer feel that I can leave my RRS at work, never mind elsewhere.

If the buyers weren't there the thefts would stop.
However, as early sports are now relatively cheap there are new owners out there looking to upgrade their cars on the cheap via Fleebay!

If I were you I'd keep your current lights as you're less likely to suffer the problems others are experiencing now.

Why don't Landrover donate a bait car in the hotspot areas as a gesture of good will !!!! I believe this is not opportunist thieving but the parts are stolen to order for either here or foreign shores.

I have face lifted my Sport & its cost me literally thousands of pounds. I am on first name terms with the local parts department & can recognise Dan @ Duckworths by his voice because I speak to him that often
