United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Stornoway Grey

Maybe I need to re look at this again, wanted surround for TV and movies.
Had a 5.1 set up a few years ago and the Wife did nothing but complain about the noise, so was opting for just two speakers so would not get grief again. Current Volvo XC90 R Design T8
Gone 2010 TDV8. Stornoway Grey
Gone VW R50, AUDI S8, ML320 Sport, FFRR V8
Stolen 2007 TDV8.

I have KEF HTS2001.3 system with the Kube2 subwoofer and a set of KEF IQ50

The IQ50, are quite punchy with the bass, but i like that so don't mind, but come with dampeners to reduce if it was too much, but these wouldn't give surround, you'll need rears too

On my onkyo, you can select the output of speakers, so normal tv you could select stereo, for the fronts only, then when you watch a movie, select Dolby pro logic or thx for surround

Might be a solution to keep the wife happy Idea

Thanks,
I think switchable output may be the way to go, so much out there to choose from not as easy as I originally thought.
May just get my Sony 5.1 out of the loft and try that again. Thumbs Up Current Volvo XC90 R Design T8

Doesn't fit under tv sadly so looks as though swmbo will get the tv stand she wants Rolling Eyes

The yamaha auto setup is rubbish though and after research on internet downloaded sound meter app and set up manually - fantastic Cool Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW
