is it only when it's on satnav screen Peachy, what about when you're in the main screen ? i'm hardly ever in satnav screen and dont want to have to switch to it just to have to get the reverse camera working. call me lazy !

The gvif unit plugs into the satnav DVD player and interrupts the signal to the screen, therefore, it needs to be on the satnav screen. The warning message screen is ok, it doesn't need to have the map on specifically. Bodsys Brake Bible

bodsy, why then is awd man getting the reverse camera coming on regardless of what screen he's on ? it's due either to 1) it being wired incorrectly, or 2) he's dillusional Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.

TLL - Harry has the same set up as me - helped by Bodsy I believe it sounds worse than it is - what do you use your other 2 screens for ? Settings & 4x4 mode ??? Do you live in a field & need to change the settings on your music every 2 mis - I will video it tomoz & send it to your e-mail 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

Peachy, i live in dorset which is one big muddy field ! the problem i suppose is when im faced with a restriction, in this case having to be on satnav screen, my brain goes all funny and negative. i want things to be easy and smooth (just like my hoes ).
