Average speed of 72.5mph? How did you manage that? You must have been sitting at silly speeds for a while to get that sort of average. And to get 30mpg+ whilst doing those speeds is impressive.

What size wheels / tyres are you running?

The wheel size is 20" new tyres all lines up correctly. the journey was none stop with no hold ups A14, M6 the journey took 4 hrs 2007 RANGE ROVER SPORT 2.7 TDV6 HSE in silver |

That must have been the only time that journey has been done with no hold ups anywhere. You should have bought a lottery ticket too! |

going down there was 6 hrs hold up after hold up I do the journey often as i visit family but i normally choose the time i travel and dont have many hold ups as i use the m6 toll going down was heavey traffic combined with 1 accident + V festival traffic I am traveling to Southampton on Thursday i will measure that journey also watch this space What are you getting on a run? 2007 RANGE ROVER SPORT 2.7 TDV6 HSE in silver |

I use the M6 Toll whenever I need to go past Birmingham. Don't mind paying to avoid the horrors of Brum centre.

just done this weekend chorley to Oxfordshire and back, 500 miles and averaged 30.8 which included quite a bit of general running about as well as motorway cruising @ around 75. filled up with standard diesel from Tesco

Don't believe the trip computer too much. I just use it to flag up anything unusual and think that's all it's good for. I am on holiday at the moment and calculated the actual consumption after I had covered about 1200 miles. It was 29.5. The trip computer was showing 34mpg |
