To many, this may seem like an everyday introduction, but to some, this may well have much more significance than it may initially seem to have to most.

Just picked up a 57plate dark blue TDV8 for the misses. After Land Rover gave it a clean bill of health (had the 75 and 90k service done) I'm in the process of tidying it up ie new badges, tints and side steps along with a full detail. Finally I'll be getting it remapped in the near future.
Liking it so far, seem to be driving it more than my motor atm, lol .

When you look at remaps, the BAS system works well. I've recently done mine and it does make a pleasant difference to how the TDV8 drives. The system is a bit more expensive than others but Pete does a map to suit your requirements - I asked for a broad torque spread rather than headline power increase. He said that the map should do what I want without being uneconomic on the fuel. So far, I've found my mileage has improved by a couple of mpg when doing local runs. Haven't done any longer runs since getting the map but I'm hoping that the mileage won't be any worse.

Moving on from a 59 plate D3 HSE to a 2010 facelift RRS TDV8.
Deal done, I collect the RRS this weekend.
